Cloud 16

Cloud 16 is located in SAI Tower II, which is in the Kapoorthala area of Lucknow. We are right across from Pragati Bazar, so it’s a very busy spot to be in. The pin code here is 226024. If you spend any time in Kapoorthala, you know how crowded the streets can get with shoppers and cars. Being in a tower means we are a bit removed from the street noise, but you can still feel the energy of the market. We spend most of our time just making sure the space is clean and ready for whoever comes in. It’s a lot of routine work, checking the lights, moving the furniture, and making sure everything is where it should be. We aren't some big corporate office with a lot of rules. We are just a local business trying to make a go of it in Lucknow. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the traffic outside makes it hard for people to get to us on time, but that’s just part of being in this area. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. Pragati Bazar is always full of life, and we like being a part of that scene, even if we are just one small shop in a big building. It’s a practical way to live and we just keep things running as best as we can.
