Chaurasia Food Ltd.

Located at Number 33 A in Geetapally, Alambagh, our place is where all the work happens. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside on the street. Chaurasia Food Ltd. started out small and we’ve just kept at it since then. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the ingredients and making sure the orders are ready for whoever is picking them up. The kitchen area gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially when we have everything running at once. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers, just a group of us trying to get the job done right. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble navigating the narrow lanes around Alambagh, but we usually manage to sort it out. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by being in the area or hearing from someone else who lives nearby. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and packing things by hand. Our desks are covered in papers and notes because we like to write everything down. It might look a bit cluttered to someone coming in for the first time, but there's a system to it all. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure we don't run out of supplies before the week is over.
