Busy Baybeez

Our place is located at 109/192 in the Model House area of Lucknow. It’s right on Tarak Mukherjee Road, which can get pretty crowded during the rush hours. We are a small team here, and we mostly deal with the noise and energy of little kids all day long. When you walk inside, you’ll usually see toys on the floor or drawings pinned up on the walls. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us looking after the children and making sure they are safe while their parents are at work. The building itself is an old style house, which gives it a bit of a homey feel, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes. We spend a lot of time cleaning up spills and helping the kids with their little activities. It is hard work and our backs often ache by the end of the afternoon. We don’t put on any acts for visitors; what you see is what you get. The neighborhood knows us well because we’ve been on this street for a while. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everyone happy and fed. It’s a practical kind of job for people who like being around children. We enjoy the chaos mostly.
