Out here on Rajajipuram Road in Lucknow, things move at their own pace. Bhola Commercial College has been sitting at E-3475 for a while now. It’s a familiar sight for people living around Rajaji Puram. The street gets pretty busy during the day, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of people working or learning.
