Our business, Arsm Food And Beverages Private Limited, is set up at Plot No. 8, Kh No. 345 in Chinhat. It is a bit of a dusty area because there is always some construction going on nearby. We have a decent sized plot where we manage the bottles and the food items. It is mostly a lot of loading and unloading from the back of trucks. We don't have a big corporate office, just a small cabin where we keep the records. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the machines running. We try to keep the fans going as much as we can. The workers here are mostly from around the Chinhat area. We have a routine that starts early in the morning before the traffic picks up on the main road. Sometimes the water supply is a bit slow, so we have to manage with what we have stored. It isn't a perfect setup, but it allows us to do our work without too much trouble. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure nothing is expiring. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we are usually pretty tired by the time the sun goes down. We don't really have any fancy slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the job, and go home to our families. It’s been this way since we moved to this plot.
