This office for Annamalai University is right on Ashok Marg at A 733. If you know where the Convention Centre is in Lucknow, then you can find us because we are sitting right in front of it in A Block. It is a very central part of town, which means it gets quite crowded during the middle of the day. We spend most of our time here dealing with stacks of papers and helping people fill out their forms correctly. The building has been here for years, and it feels like it. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we are used to it by now. It is mostly just about keeping things organized and making sure the files are where they should be. We don't really have a big staff, so whoever is at the desk usually does a bit of everything. When the weather gets really hot in Lucknow, the office feels like a bit of a refuge, though the old walls hold the heat sometimes. People come from all over the city to drop off documents or ask questions about their courses. We just try to get through the pile of work one thing at a time. It isn't a high-tech place, just a lot of registers and pens and people coming and going. We usually close up once the sun starts to go down and the traffic on Ashok Marg gets really heavy with people heading home.
