Amritanandmai College Of Higher Education is situated out on Raibareli Road. If you are heading towards Mohanlalganj, you will find us in the Bindaua area. We have been here for some time now, helping local students get their education without having to travel too far into the main city of Lucknow. The campus is simple and straightforward. We spend our days managing classes and making sure the building stays in decent shape. It can get quite busy during the admission season, but otherwise, it is a quiet spot for learning. We have a mix of staff who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be some massive university, just a solid place for higher education in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the traffic heading south, but inside it is fine. Students usually hang out in the corridors between their lectures. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves because what you see is what you get. It is just a college building where people come to study and better themselves. We handle the daily tasks, from fixing a leaky tap to sorting out the exam schedules. It’s a lot of work but it feels right being here. Most of our students come from the surrounding villages and towns nearby. We just keep the doors open and the classes running.
