We are based out of L-4 in the MIDC Industrial Area over in Waluj. This part of Aurangabad is full of factories and warehouses, so we fit right in. Varroc Engineering Ltd. is quite a busy place to be. You can hear the sounds of machines and trucks moving all day long. It’s a large industrial zone, and the heat in Maharashtra can get pretty intense during the summer months. Our floors are concrete and we have a lot of metal components everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie; it’s more about getting your hands a bit dirty. We spend a lot of time checking on the production lines and making sure the parts are moving through correctly. The canteen is where we all catch up during the breaks. We focus on the engineering side of things and keeping the schedules on track. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do.
