Jaivic Electromech Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is based at 11 Hansraj Compl. Nageshwarwadi. It’s a place where we do a lot of electromechanical engineering work. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the building has become like a second home to most of us. Nageshwarwadi is a busy area, so there is always some noise from the street coming into the shop. We don’t have any fancy decorations in the office. It is mostly just desks, stacks of papers, and a few old chairs. Out on the work floor, things are a bit more organized because you have to be careful with engineering parts. We spend our days looking at drawings and putting things together or testing how they run. Some days the machines give us trouble, but we usually manage to fix them ourselves. It is a steady kind of life. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees, so everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their tea in the morning. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, and other times we might leave a bit early if the heat gets too bad in the summer. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay on top of the schedule. There isn't much more to say about it. We are just a local engineering firm trying to do a decent job every day at our Hansraj Complex location.
