Precimart Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based over at E15 in the MIDC Waluj area. If you know Waluj, you know it’s a massive industrial zone with tons of companies. We are just one of the units tucked away in the E block. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy industrial structure that holds all our equipment. We’ve been here for quite some time. The days are usually pretty long. We start early to get a jump on things before it gets too hot. There’s a lot of metalwork and engineering stuff happening inside. It gets noisy when all the machines are running at once, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. We’re a practical bunch of people. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. Most of our investment goes into the machines and keeping them running right. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. We know each other's habits and how we work. It’s not a fancy environment, but it gets the job done. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the heat, but that’s just part of being in Waluj. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just take the orders, do the engineering, and send them out. It’s straightforward work for people who don't mind getting their hands dirty at the end of the day.
