At Agni Engineering, we spend most of our time out at Plot No.210/1 in the Swami Building. We are based in the Padmavati Area of Parli Vaijn, which is part of the Beed district. It gets incredibly hot here during the summer months, and the workshop can feel like an oven. There is always the sound of metal being cut or welded, and the smell of oil is something you just get used to after a while. My hands are rarely clean, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with machines. The Swami Building is a plain place, nothing fancy at all. We have our equipment spread out, and we usually have a few projects going at once. People from around the district bring in parts that need fixing, and we see what we can do. There isn't a lot of time for sitting around in the office. Usually, the radio is playing somewhere in the background, but it’s hard to hear over the grinders. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the machines well. It’s a practical life, focused on getting the work done right so it doesn’t come back. We take a break for lunch under the shade outside when we can. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
