Our facility is located at Plot No. C-19 in the M.I.D.C. area of Waluj. If you have ever been to Waluj, you know it’s a massive industrial zone. It’s full of factories and workshops, and we fit right in. We work on vessels and machines. This means big tanks, heavy metal parts, and a lot of industrial engineering. The air in the workshop usually smells like oil and metal. It’s a large space because we need the room to move these big structures around. We have cranes overhead and heavy machinery bolted to the floor. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We are usually in our boots and work shirts. The days can be long, especially when we are trying to finish a big vessel on a deadline. The M.I.D.C. is a busy place with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We have a small office attached to the side of the main building where the paperwork gets done, but most of the life of the company is out on the floor. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just focus on the welds and the measurements. It’s about making sure the machines we build are solid and do what they are supposed to do. It is hard work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a huge vessel leave the yard on a flatbed truck after weeks of hard work.
