Our small team runs things from Samarth Nagar here in Latur. We are located at Vipin Pushpakrao Deshmukh’s place. It’s a familiar spot for most of us. Latur is a place where agriculture is the main thing everyone talks about. We aren't in a big business park. Instead, we work from a space that feels more like a home than a corporate office. There is a lot of dust because of the dry weather, so we are always wiping down our desks. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment. Just some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of notebooks. We focus on the earth and nutrition side of things. It’s a quiet life for the most part. The morning starts with tea and a quick chat about what needs to get done. We don't have long meetings or big presentations. We just get to work. Sometimes we have to drive out to meet people in the district, and those roads can be pretty rough. But we like the change of scenery. Samarth Nagar is a nice neighborhood. You see the same faces every morning. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this place. We aren't trying to change the world overnight. We just want to do our job well and keep the business moving. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way.
