We are based out of Murud, which is in the Latur district of Maharashtra. Our operation is run from the home of Shyamsunder Gulabchand Bajaj. It’s a small-town setup, and that’s exactly how we like it. Working with natural products means we stay pretty close to the source. Murud is a place where everyone knows their neighbors, and we are no different. We spend our days dealing with whatever natural materials are in season. It’s not a high-tech facility with shiny machines; it’s more about manual work and keeping things as simple as possible. Sometimes the dust in Latur can be a bit much, especially during the dry months, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big team of executives. It's just us, working through the orders and making sure the quality is what it should be. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that nature doesn't always follow a schedule. Some weeks are incredibly busy and we’re working late into the evening, while other weeks are a bit slower. We don't use any fancy marketing slogans because the products should really just speak for themselves. We’re just local people in Murud trying to provide honest, natural goods to whoever needs them. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but there’s always something to be done when you’re working with nature and the land here in Latur.
