We are located out in the MIDC area at Plot No.-F-68. If you have ever been to this industrial zone, you know it is all about heavy trucks and the sound of machines running. Our place is a sturdy building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It is not the kind of place where you would come for a fancy meeting, but it is perfect for the engineering work we handle. The floors are concrete and there is usually a bit of oil or metal shavings around, no matter how much we clean up. We spend our hours mostly in our work clothes, dealing with the equipment and making sure everything is running the way it should. The air is thick with the smell of grease and hot metal, which I guess is just the smell of work to us. We have a small cabin in the corner with a desk and a couple of old chairs where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of being in an industrial layout, so we keep some flashlights and a backup ready. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It is a straightforward setup without any unnecessary frills. We like the grit of the area and the fact that everyone around here is busy doing something practical. We have been at this plot for a long time and know the rhythms of the industrial estate by heart.
