Tejal Engineers

We are based out of F-69 in the MIDC Waluj area of Aurangabad. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. Tejal Engineers is pretty much what you’d expect from a shop in this part of Maharashtra. We’ve got our tools, our benches, and a small office area that’s usually covered in dust from the workshop. It gets quite hot here in the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning before the afternoon heat really sets in. We don't really go for fancy slogans or anything like that. We just show up and see what needs fixing or building for the day. Most of us have been working in engineering for a long time, so we just know the routine. Sometimes we have to scramble when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but that’s just how life goes in an industrial estate. We drink a lot of chai and keep the work moving. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like the fact that we’re right in the middle of all the action in Waluj. It feels like we are part of the local landscape, just another group of people making things happen in the city and getting the job done right.
