Globetech Tooling Systems

You can find us at Plot No. 5 in the I.D.A. area of Balanagar. This is a big industrial zone, and there’s always something happening in the neighboring plots. At Globetech Tooling Systems, we are mostly focused on precision work. The shop floor is filled with specialized equipment for making tools and systems. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of grinding or drilling going on. We spend a lot of time measuring things down to the millimeter. It’s the kind of work where you can’t afford to be sloppy. The building itself is a standard industrial shed. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months in Hyderabad. We have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. Most of us wear heavy boots and work clothes that get dirty pretty fast. We don't have any corporate slogans or mission statements plastered on the walls. We just have schedules and technical drawings pinned up. We eat our tiffins together in the small break area at the back. It’s a tight-knit group here. We know the machines better than we know our own cars. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to spend hours troubleshooting a specific tool, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just do the work that comes in.
