We spend most of our hours sorting, processing, and getting things ready for the next stage. It can be heavy work sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just the guys on the floor and a bit of office space to keep the records straight. People come to us when they need specific mineral batches. We try to stay organized, even if the yard looks a bit cluttered during the busy season. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains, but we manage. We’ve built this up over the years and stayed in Ganshyam Nagar because it’s where we started. It's a basic setup that suits what we do. No one here wears a suit, we just wear what works for a long day of moving rocks and powders. It's honest work and we keep at it.
