We’ve been based out here at B-185 in the Rto Relocation Site for quite a while now. Bhuj has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to the pace of Kutch. It’s a lot of industrial work, mostly involving minerals and chemicals, which isn't exactly clean or easy stuff to deal with. Our days are filled with the sound of trucks and the smell of the earth being moved around. The office isn't much to look at, just some sturdy desks and old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole polished corporate look because it wouldn't last five minutes with all the dust. Most of us here have grown up around these parts, so we’re used to the heat and the dry wind. We spend a lot of time checking manifests and making sure the loads are secured properly before they head out to 370001 or further. It’s a practical kind of life. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just show up, do the physical work, and make sure the logistics side of the mining business keeps moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just grab a tea and wait it out. It’s a basic operation run by people who know the value of a hard day's work in the sun.
