Asia Minechem Industries

Out at Survey No:55 on the Desalpar-Nalia Highway is where you will find Asia Minechem Industries. We are located in Nandra Mota, which is part of the Abdasa area in Kutch. It is a bit of a drive out here, near Rata Talab, but being on the highway makes it easier for the big trucks to get in and out. The landscape around us is pretty open and can get very hot during the summer months. We have a large yard and some processing units where we handle the minerals and chemicals. It is a rugged place to work, and we are usually covered in some kind of grit by the end of the shift. We focus on the practical side of the industry, getting the raw materials ready and shipped out to whoever needs them. The wind blows quite a bit out here in Kutch, which adds to the dust, but that’s just part of the environment. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time, and we all know our roles. It isn't a place for suits and ties; we wear work boots and get our hands dirty. There is always something that needs fixing or a load that needs to be weighed. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a quiet life out here away from the big cities, but it’s busy enough for us. We stay until the last truck is gone and the yard is quiet. Sometimes we see the local animals wandering near the pond in the evening.
