If you are ever passing through Ladwa in the Kurukshetra area, you will find us right by the Purana Bus Stand. It is a very busy spot because of all the buses coming and going at all hours. We’ve been at this location for a while, serving whoever walks through the door. Being near a bus stand means you meet people from all over who are just traveling through. We keep the food simple and vegetarian. Our kitchen is basic, and we don't use any complicated equipment. We just have a few large pots and a hot stove. The tables are old but they do the job. We start serving pretty early because the travelers are always looking for something before their next bus leaves. It can get a bit chaotic when three buses pull in at the same time, and we all have to run around to make sure everyone gets fed before they have to leave again. My family helps out with everything, from cleaning the dishes to serving the tea. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people seeing our sign when they get off the bus. It is a noisy place with the horns and the shouting outside, but it is our livelihood. We just focus on keeping the food hot and the plates clean for the next person who comes in tired from their journey.
