Suryavanshi Granites And Marbles is located at Plot No 555 in Venkatadri Nagar. We’re right near the VC Apartments on Dhone Road. If you drive past, you can’t really miss the big stacks of stone sitting out in the yard. It’s a dusty business, there is no way around that. We spend our days moving heavy slabs of marble and granite, trying not to chip anything. The yard gets really hot in the summer, and the wind picks up the dust from the road. We aren’t some big fancy company with a showroom that has air conditioning. We’re mostly out there in the thick of it, showing people the different patterns in the stone. Every piece of granite is different, which makes the work interesting even if it’s physically tiring. We’ve been on Dhone Road for a while, and it’s a good spot because there’s enough room for the trucks to come and go without getting stuck. People from the apartments nearby sometimes stop by just to look. We don’t have a lot of marketing or a big sales team. It’s usually just us and a couple of workers helping with the loading. It’s straightforward work. We buy the stone, we store it, and then we sell it to whoever needs it for their house or building. It’s been our life for years, and we’re used to the grit and the heavy lifting by now.
