Superintending Engineer

This office is located at 45/203A 61 in V R Colony, and it is usually full of stacks of paper and old files that haven't been moved in years. Kurnool can get incredibly hot in the summer, so the ceiling fans are always spinning at full speed, making that clicking sound that you eventually stop noticing. There are several desks pushed together and drawers that sometimes stick when you try to open them. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and signing off on things that need to happen around the area. It is not the kind of place where things happen instantly. There is a lot of waiting for approvals or for someone to come back with a report from the field. Sometimes we have to go out ourselves to see how the work is progressing on the roads or the buildings. The coffee here isn't great, but it keeps us going during the long afternoons when the sun is hitting the windows. We get people coming in with all sorts of questions about permissions and technical specs. It is a lot of back and forth between different departments. You get used to the routine of it after a few months. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody has really had the time to worry about that. We just focus on keeping the records straight and making sure the engineering side of things doesn't fall behind.
