Our branch here in Kurnool is quite simple and we like to keep it that way. Janapriya Engineers Syndicate Ltd has been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the town. The office address is S/O Kurnool, which might seem a bit vague to outsiders, but for us, it’s just where we go every morning. We deal with all sorts of engineering tasks, from looking at blueprints to sorting out supplies. In the afternoons, it gets quite warm, so the air conditioning is our best friend. We don't have any of those corporate posters about teamwork or success; we just talk to each other when things need doing. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’ve seen kids grow up and houses being built all over the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in India, just a group of people who know their trade. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh over lunch, and then it’s back to the numbers and the phone calls. Marketing and fancy brochures aren't really our thing. It’s a decent place to work, and we appreciate the people who stop by to discuss their needs. It’s just a normal office in a normal town, doing our bit for the engineering world. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
