Site Engineer

Our small setup, Site Engineer, is located over in B-Camp, specifically at Ho;86/452 in F.C.I Colony-2 here in Kurnool. If you know the area, you know it gets quite warm and the streets are always humming with some kind of activity. I spend most of my time out on the sites rather than sitting behind a desk. That is where the real work happens anyway. Dealing with suppliers and making sure the sand and cement are the right quality takes up a lot of my morning. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather turns, and you just have to figure it out on the fly. I grew up around here, so I know how things work in this town. It isn’t like the movies where everything is perfect. There’s a lot of shouting, heavy lifting, and double-checking the measurements so nothing leans the wrong way. My office is basically my pockets and a clipboard I carry around. We don't do much advertising or use fancy slogans because the work usually speaks for itself when people walk by the projects. It is a tough way to make a living sometimes, especially when the heat hits in the afternoon, but it feels good to see a house or a wall finished. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the foundation is solid and the bricks are straight.
