Aarvee Associates Engrs & Consultants Pvt Ltd has a presence here in Kurnool, specifically at Plot-13 in Venkata Ramana Colony. K. Sreekanth is the one who looks after things here. It’s a nice area to work in. The office is situated in a colony, so it doesn't have that cold, industrial feel you get in some business districts. It feels a bit more like a home that turned into a workspace. We have our desks set up and we spend the day working through various engineering problems and consulting tasks. It’s a lot of quiet work, punctuated by the occasional phone call or someone stopping by to drop off documents. We don't put on any airs here. We are just regular people who happen to be good at what we do. We like the pace of Kurnool. It’s busy but not overwhelming. We’ve got a good system going where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't much need for big speeches or motivational posters. We just look at the work that needs to be finished and we do it. Sometimes we sit out for a few minutes in the afternoon when it’s not too hot. It’s a very human way to spend a work day. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like we belong in the neighborhood. It's just how we operate day in and day out.
