We are based out in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The place is called Almakur Taluq, and we are specifically located in the Ramesh B Dydyala post area. It’s a rural setting, quite far from the big city noise. Working out here means we are close to the actual ground where things happen. The pace is a bit different than in a corporate hub. We deal with the ECCD side of things. Most of the people around here are locals who know the land well. We have a small office where we handle all the administrative bits and pieces. It's a lot of manual record-keeping and local coordination. The weather can be pretty tough, especially the sun in this part of the state. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It's just a sturdy building where we can escape the heat and get the reports filed. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local routes and the people in the village. It's a humble setup, to be honest. We just do our bit for the engineering projects in the region. There’s no big marketing team here, just us and the work. Sometimes things move slowly because of the location, but we find a way to make it work. It’s an honest way to spend the day for all of us.
