We are located right in the PNB building on the Mall Road in Manali. If you find the bank, we are just below it on the ground floor at office number three. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the bank is. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It stays a bit cooler inside during the summer because of how the building is made. We handle various tours across this part of India. It’s mostly families and small groups who stop in. We don’t have a massive team, just a few people who know the local routes and drivers. The Mall is always crowded, so it’s nice to have a fixed spot where people can sit for a minute and plan their next move. We don't use any of those big shiny brochures much. Usually, we just talk through the options and see what's possible for the day. Living in Manali means you have to be flexible with plans. The mountains don't always cooperate. We just try to be honest about the timing and the costs. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. If the road is blocked, it's blocked. We just look for the best way around it. Come find us downstairs if you're in the area. We are usually here from morning until the shops start closing up for the night.
