Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to drivers about the road conditions. We have a small office that feels more like a home than a business. There is usually a pot of tea going. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. Sometimes the snow makes things difficult, but we are used to that. We don't have a big marketing team; we just talk to folks and help them plan their trips. It is a lot of logistical work, making sure the cars are ready and the hotels are booked.
