Tourismboss

Tourismboss is based out of Village Shuru, which is near the Prini post office area of Manali. Our office is situated right across from the Anant Maya Resort. If you are driving up the main road, you will see us right there. Manali is a busy place, but Shuru is a little different, though it has grown a lot lately. We spend most of our mornings checking the weather and making sure the vehicles are ready for the day. Living in Manali means dealing with a lot of snow in the winter and lots of tourists in the summer. We started this because we know the local area and wanted to work for ourselves. The office is a simple setup where we keep our files and meet with the drivers before they head out. It is not always quiet here, especially with the resort being right across the street, but it keeps things interesting. We do a lot of coordination for trips around the valley. Sometimes the cows from the village walk right past the door while we are trying to finalize a schedule. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the roads and the different spots around Prini. We try to keep things organized despite the usual chaos of a travel season. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to see the mountains. We are usually here till late.
