North Face Adventure Tours

You can find North Face Adventure Tours at the Highway Inn Complex, which sits right on The Mall in Manali. We are pretty easy to spot because we are directly opposite the Government Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means it is always noisy and moving outside our windows. We have been in this complex for some time now, and it is a convenient spot for anyone arriving in town by bus. Manali stays busy most of the year, so there is always someone coming in to ask about a trek or a local tour. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and photos of the hills on the walls. It isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. We spend a lot of time checking on gear and talking to the guys who lead the trips. Since we are right in the heart of town, we see everything that happens on Mall Road. The winters are tough when the snow piles up outside the complex, but we stay open anyway. We mostly deal with the logistics of moving people from the bus stand to wherever they are going next. It gets a bit crowded in the office during peak season when everyone wants to head out at once. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the schedules moving. It is a busy life here in Manali, but we are used to it by now.
