You can find us at shop number 103 in the Ibex Shopping complex. It’s a well-known building in Manali, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the place. We’ve been set up here in the 175131 area for a good while. The shop is small, but it fits us just fine. We handle holiday arrangements for folks visiting the Kullu valley. It’s mostly a family-run kind of thing. My nephew helps with the bookings sometimes. We don’t go for all that corporate talk. We just tell people where the nice spots are and how to get there. The shopping complex stays busy, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to buy souvenirs. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but we like the energy. We’ve seen the town grow quite a bit from our little shop. We try to keep things practical. If a trip isn't worth it because of the rain, we’ll just say so. No point in sending people out into a mess. We know most of the local drivers and hotels around here. It’s a small community really. If you’re near the Ibex complex, feel free to stop by. We usually have a pot of tea going. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right for the people who visit. We aren't looking to become a giant company, just keeping the shop going is enough.
