You can find Shikhar Holidays at Shop Number 39 inside the Ibex Shopping Complex. This is right on The Mall in Manali. It’s a very busy building with a lot of shops around us. We’ve been in this specific shop for a long time. The Mall is the heart of 175131, so there is always something going on outside our window. It gets really crowded in the summer months. We are just a small team working out of this space. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s just a shop where we talk to people and figure out their travel plans. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just how it is in the mountains. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Most of the other shop owners in Ibex Complex are our friends. We’ve seen the town grow and change, but the Mall stays the center of everything. Working here means we meet people from all over. It’s interesting work, even if it gets a bit tiring during the peak season. We just keep the shop open and take it one day at a time. It's a living and we enjoy the mountain life.
