Being right near the Private Bus Stand in Manali is always interesting. There’s a constant stream of people arriving and leaving. Rajender Tour And Holidays is based right in the middle of all that activity. We hear the buses pulling in at all hours. It’s a busy corner of town. We spend a lot of time standing outside or sitting in our small office, waiting for the next group to arrive. Most people come here with a lot of bags and a lot of questions. We try to help them get where they need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of coordinating and making sure the drivers are ready. The winter is tough because of the cold, but the summers are packed with tourists. We don’t have a website that looks like a movie. We just have our name on a sign and a phone that rings a lot. Our office is simple, just some wooden desks and a calendar on the wall. We’ve lived in Manali 175131 for most of our lives, so we know every corner of this place. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a way to see the mountains. It’s regular work for regular people. We stay open late when the buses are delayed. That’s just part of it. You get used to the noise and the diesel smell after a while. It's just a normal day for us.
