Mount Pleasant Travel

Mount Pleasant Travel is located in the Aleo area on Nagar Road. It is a pretty busy part of Manali. We have been at this location for a while now. The office is just a regular room where we sit and get our work done. There is almost always some traffic on Nagar Road, so we hear the cars honking all through the day. We deal with all sorts of travelers coming through the area. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving. Sometimes we are on the phone for hours at a time. We do not have a polished website or a big team of people. It is just us here. We know the Aleo area really well. It has changed quite a bit over the years with more buildings popping up. We just keep doing what we do every day. People come in to ask us about trips and we just give them the facts. No fluff. If a road is closed, we tell them it is closed. We do not try to sugarcoat things for anyone. Mount Pleasant Travel is just a local business. We have some tea, we talk to the people who come in, and then we go home. It is a simple enough life in the mountains. The winters are definitely the hardest part but we stay open through the snow. You can find us easily enough on the way towards Nagar. We do not have any big flashy signs, just our name on the door. It is a practical place. That is about it for us.
