Make My Good Tour

Rangri is just a little bit outside the main hustle of Manali. We are set up near the Nagesh Hotel. It’s a decent spot because it’s easy for cars to pull in and out. Make My Good Tour is run by people who live right here in the Kullu district. We aren't some big corporate entity from a city far away. We deal with the actual mud and snow on the ground. Most days start with a cup of chai and a look at the sky to see what the weather is doing. If it’s raining, we know some roads will be slow. If it’s clear, it’s a good day for a drive. We keep a few chairs for visitors to sit while we figure out their travel plans. It’s not a polished office with air conditioning; we just open the windows for the mountain breeze. We’ve seen the town change a lot over the years. More hotels, more traffic. But the mountains stay the same. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated talk, just telling people what’s possible and what’s not. Sometimes the pass is closed, and we have to tell them that. It’s better to be honest about it. We’ve got our roots here in Manali 175131 and we just keep working day by day, making sure things happen the way they should. It’s a job like any other, just with a better view than most.
