Himgiri Adventure & Tours

Himgiri Adventure & Tours is based in Manali, right across from the Durga Temple on The Mall. It is a very central spot, so we see a lot of the action that happens in town. We have been in this location for a while. Manali is our home, and we know the streets and the hills around here like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time out on the trails, so the office is often just a place to catch up on things. People come in looking for something to do, like a trek or a local tour. We try to tell them about the spots that aren't too crowded yet, though that is getting harder to find these days. The Mall is always noisy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or shopping. Being right by the Durga Temple makes it very easy for people to find us. We aren't a big corporate outfit. It’s just a group of us who enjoy being outside and showing people the area. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with gear and papers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We keep things pretty simple here. If you want to see the mountains, we can show you some ways to do it. The weather here changes in an instant, so we are always looking at the clouds. It’s a good life, even when it’s hectic. We meet all kinds of people and just try to be helpful.
