Himalayan Sojourn

Himalayan Sojourn is based in Building Number 60/10. We are over in Colony Bala Behar in Dhalpur, which is part of the Kullu area near Manali. It’s a residential sort of place, so it isn't as loud as the main markets. We have our office here and this is where we do all our planning. Being in 175131, we get all kinds of weather, but Dhalpur is a bit lower than the main Manali town. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s just a normal office with desks and some maps on the wall. We aren't trying to be a giant company. We just like organizing trips and helping people see the valley. Most of our neighbors know us. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the drivers who come by. It’s a slow-paced kind of life most of the time. When the tourist season hits, things pick up fast and we are busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks in. It’s a local way of doing things. We know the roads around Kullu like the back of our hands because we live here. We just take each day as it comes.
