Global Trip Holidays.Com is over on the Left Bank in Aleo Naggar Road, Manali. We are right near Hotel Surya International, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find our office. This part of Manali feels a bit different than the main town because it’s a little more spread out. We spend most of our day on the phone or responding to messages from people planning their trips. There are always a lot of questions about which hotels are good or how to get a car to the next town. Manali is a big starting point for a lot of journeys. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just us here in the office, trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, which happens a lot in the mountains, so we just have to wait it out. We have been doing this for several years. We know most of the local drivers and the people running the guest houses around the Aleo area. It involves a lot of scheduling and checking on things. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk. We just help people get their holiday plans together so they don't have to worry about it. It gets stressful during the peak season when everyone is calling at once, but we just handle it one person at a time. It’s a busy way to live but we are used to it by now.
