Earth Himalayan Holidays

We are located right in the middle of the action at the Mall Road taxi parking area in Manali. If you’ve ever been to the main market, you know how noisy and crowded it gets there. Earth Himalayan Holidays is right in that mix, specifically in the Kullu, Manali M section. It’s a great place to be if you like seeing people from all over the world. The sounds of taxi drivers calling out and the smell of street food are just part of our daily life. My desk faces the window so I can see the weather changing over the mountains while I work. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this office near the parking lot. It’s practical because we are right where the transport is. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the noise of the idling engines outside. My brother and I run the place and we usually take turns going out for lunch. In the winter, the snow piles up right outside our door and we have to shovel a path every morning. It's hard work but we don't know any other way. We’ve been in the 175131 area all our lives. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know and help them get where they’re going. It's a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living in the Himalayas.
