Diler Singh Tour & Travels

My name is Diler and I’ve been running this travel thing near the bus stand in Manali for quite some time. Being so close to the station means there’s always noise and people running around with bags. It gets hectic when the morning buses arrive from Delhi or Chandigarh. I usually start early to make sure everything is ready. The office is right there on the Mall Road, so it's convenient for anyone just stepping off a bus. We aren't a big company with many branches. It's just a local operation here in the 175131 area. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to have a long tea break. We deal with car rentals and trips around the valley mostly. People ask a lot of questions about the weather and the Rohtang Pass. I tell them what I know from living here. It's not always perfect, sometimes cars get delayed because of traffic or a landslide, but we deal with it. I prefer talking to people face to face. It’s easier that way to figure out what they need. If you're walking towards the bus stand, you'll find us easily. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just some chairs and a desk where we work. It works for us and the people who come by. We try to stay honest about the travel times because the mountain roads are tricky.
