Our workshop is located out in Hosur, right at 2/291 5, just across the road from the Krishna Milk Dairy. If you're coming from the Sipcot II side, you can't really miss it because of the dairy trucks always moving around. We do a lot of engineering work here at Vinir, mostly handling things that require a bit of heavy lifting and some precise machining. The Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so being based out here near the industrial area saves us a lot of trouble with logistics. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with metal scraps and oil, but that's how it goes when you’re actually making things. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the paperwork stays, though it’s usually covered in a bit of dust from the machines. There are about ten of us working here most days. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big HR department. We just show up, look at the jobs for the day, and get to work on the lathes or the welding kits. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life in this area. We’ve been at this same spot for a long time and the neighbors know us well. It’s a straightforward engineering business without any of the corporate fluff you see in the city.
