We are based over at 26/B in the Sipcot Industrial Complex, specifically Phase-2 in Bathalapalli. It’s a big area with lots of factories, so it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. Bhor Engineering has been operating from here for a good number of years. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense structure. Inside, it’s mostly just space for the equipment and the assembly area. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or landscaping. Most of the guys here live nearby and have been working in engineering for a long time. They know how to handle the tools and they don’t need much instruction anymore. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and fabrication work. The air is usually thick with the sound of compressors and the occasional clanging of steel. It’s not the cleanest environment, as there’s always some metal shavings or sparks flying somewhere. We keep a simple routine from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us and know we get the job done without a lot of talking. It’s just a regular engineering shop where we focus on the task at hand. We make sure the pieces fit and the machines run like they are supposed to. That’s about all there is to it.
