Saravana Engineering Works

You can find Saravana Engineering Works at Plot No. 51 and 52 in the Srinagar area of the New Industrial Estate. Being in Hosur, we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of machinery noise and trucks moving around. We’ve got a decent amount of space across the two plots to handle the engineering jobs we take on. It’s mostly metalwork, repairs, and making parts for various machines. The air always smells a bit like oil and burnt iron, which is just part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones in a fancy way; usually, it’s one of us wiping grease off our hands to take a call. Our setup is practical. We have the lathes and the welding stations laid out so we can get things done efficiently. Some days are longer than others, especially when a client needs something fixed urgently so their own production doesn't stop. We’ve been part of this industrial community in Hosur for a while, and we just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but engineering is what we know. We make sure the pieces fit and the machines run like they should before they leave our gate at Plot 51 and 52. It’s hard work, and the floors are never quite clean, but it’s what we do. We just keep the machines turning.
