Xpertz Innovations Private Limited

Our office is located on Cherooty Road in Calicut, specifically inside the Arafa Complex. We are up on the second floor, room 1167/B1. If you know the area, you know Cherooty Road can get pretty crowded during the day with all the shops and people moving around. It’s a lively part of Kozhikode to be in. The building itself is one of those typical commercial spots where you see a bit of everything going on. We have been here for a bit now, just handling our daily innovation work without much fanfare. The space inside isn't huge but it fits the team just right. We have our desks set up and the internet usually behaves, which is the main thing we care about. Most of the staff are local, so we talk about the local food spots nearby for lunch quite often. There isn't any corporate dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Xpertz Innovations is really just a group of people trying to make things work and solving problems as they come up. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If someone drops by, they usually just find us at our computers. It's a practical setup. We like being in this part of Kerala because it feels connected to the city's history while we do our modern tech stuff. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people who appreciate a good cup of tea and steady work.
