Our place is in the Golden Tower on the first floor. It is tucked away behind Focuz Mall and near Puthiyambalam in Calicut. It can be a little tricky for people to find the first time because it's not right on the main road like the other shops. The office is fairly simple with a few desks and some computers where we work on different projects throughout the week. We are mostly focused on new ideas and technical stuff, so there is a lot of quiet time where everyone is just typing or thinking. You can hear the sounds from the mall area sometimes, especially on the busy weekends. We have a small corner for making tea and coffee, which we use quite a lot during the day. The weather in Calicut usually means it’s either raining very hard or it’s very hot, so we spend most of our time indoors. We aren't a big corporate setup, just a group of people trying to build things that actually work. There are usually some wires or gadgets lying around on the tables while we test things out. We don't have a strict dress code or anything, just people coming in and doing their bit. Lunch is often a shared thing where we talk about whatever is going on in the city. It’s a pretty basic workspace but it suits us for what we do here. We like being near the mall area.
