It’s a handy location for people who need help with their computers, software, or networking setups. We started this IT business because we realized a lot of folks and small shops in Kozhikode needed a place that wasn't too corporate or expensive to get their tech problems sorted out. The office is usually full of screens, tangled cables, and spare parts for various types of machines. We handle everything from basic laptop repairs to helping smaller offices get their internet and systems running properly. It’s not always a clean or quiet job, especially when we are taking a server apart or running long wires through a dusty ceiling. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it finished as fast as possible. The guys here have been working with electronics for years, so we have a good feel for how things should work and why they fail. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to our customers because we think that just confuses people. We prefer to just explain what’s wrong in plain English and tell them how we can fix it. Being near the Civil Station means there’s always something going on nearby. It’s a busy spot but we like the pace of it.
