Excel Plus

You will find us down Nellikavu Lane, just off P M Kutty Road in Karaparamba. The Nellikavu Temple is very close by, and that is usually how we explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. Our office is at 2/461-B. Excel Plus is the name on the board, but we are a small team of local people. We do a bit of everything when it comes to buildings. Some days it is small repairs, and other days we are starting something much bigger. We don't have a big, shiny showroom with a bunch of lights. Most of our actual work happens at the sites where the buildings are. When we are at the office, we are usually just trying to keep the paperwork straight or calling suppliers to see where our orders are. It is a quiet lane, which we appreciate. We try to be very clear about how much things will cost and how long they will take. In this part of Kozhikode, everyone knows that the monsoon can really change your plans, so we try to account for that. We aren't into using complicated language or trying to sound more important than we are. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is solid. Most of the people we work for are from right here in the neighborhood, and we like keeping it that way.
