We are tucked away on the 3rd floor of Trendz Tower. The address is 17, and it is right there in Karaparamba. Being near the Homeo College makes it a lot easier for people to find us when they are heading this way. U L C C S Ltd has its office space here, and it is a pretty typical setup for this part of town. You have to take the stairs or the lift up to the third floor to get to us. It gets a bit busy around Trendz Tower during the middle of the day. You can hear the hum of the city from up here. We’ve been in Karaparamba for some time now, and we like the vibe of the area. It feels like a real community. There are always students from the college walking around, and there’s plenty of activity on the street below. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a place where we get our work done and keep things moving. We prefer it that way. No big corporate attitude here, just a group of people working at 17 Trendz Tower. Sometimes the rain hits the windows pretty hard, but inside it’s just the usual day. We know the neighbors on the other floors. It’s a good spot to be in if you want to be part of the local flow. It is just a regular office life for us.
