Thoughtspro Innovations is up on the 6th floor of the HiLite Business Park in Kozhikode. It’s a big building, so we’re in suite 1622. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is nice when you’ve been staring at a monitor for six hours straight. Kozhikode is a great city to work in, especially with all the food options around the business park. The office itself is pretty standard for a business park setup. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables everywhere. We aren't the type of people to put up motivational posters or have bean bags in the corner. We just come in, do the work, and head home to our families. The elevators in the HiLite building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we’ve learned to time our breaks carefully. Most of us are from Kerala and have been in the innovation space for a while. We don't really have a polished pitch for what we do. Usually, we just tell people we work in tech and leave it at that. It’s a busy environment with lots of other companies around us, which keeps things interesting. We like the energy of the park but we try to keep our own workspace calm so we can actually think clearly. It’s a good place to spend the workday.
